Metallic cladding based on the Mallorca 6 architectural profile, a suitable choice for sustainable construction.

More than 4,000 m2 of the Mallorca 6 profile have been manufactured and supplied for this recently opened residential building in Seville, Spain.

For this project, the Mallorca 6 Profile has been manufactured starting from a galvanized steel coil with a thickness of 0.8 mm and perforated R5T7.5 to subsequently lacquer it in the oven on both sides in RAL 9010 colour.

As can be seen, this profile has been used to enclose the terraces of each home in this building, providing elegance, design, and privacy. In addition, the perforation allows air to pass through and helps to maintain a more balanced temperature during the hottest months, while providing light and spaciousness inside the home.

The Mallorca 6 profile has a useful width of 990 mm, which allows progress and cover a large part of a project quickly and economically. This profile can be manufactured up to 6 meters long and has a rib height of 53 mm.

Given that for this project the profile was post-lacquered in the oven with 55 microns of paint on both sides, the perforations were covered and with it, the steel protection of this profile was guaranteed. This gives this facade greater durability over the years and will prevent the appearance of rust.
